Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update project data, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), invoices, and purchase records
- Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance, and material consumption logs
- Record and track vendor bills, subcontractor details, and payment status
- Organize and digitize construction documents, drawings, and approvals
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with site engineers or supervisors
- Generate reports for project progress, cost tracking, and inventory
- Maintain proper filing (physical + digital) for audits and compliance
- Coordinate with accounts and site teams for data updates
Required Skills
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of construction terms (BOQ, DPR, billing, etc.)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+2 / Graduate in any field
- Experience in construction or real estate industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD (basic level is a plus)
Work Environment
- Office-based with regular coordination with site teams
- May require handling urgent data updates as per project timelines
