Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company data across shared drives, internal systems, documentation filing with proper indexing and organization for easy retrieval.
- Handle data entry, compilation, cleaning, and reporting to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Support HR backend operations including employee records, attendance, leave data management, etc.
- Purchase & maintenance of company assets and accurate record keeping.
- Responsible for vendor management & relationship.
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule AMC through the office assistants.
- Collate data and generate regular reports for management review.
- Attend key meetings & prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), track action items, and support leadership with reports and summaries.
- Conduct research, compile structured datasets, and prepare presentations or reports using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
- Oversee and support general administrative operations & company policy & process compliance including documentation management, coordination, record maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day backend functioning of the office.
- Manage office infrastructure & facility management ensure proper upkeep of office premises, seating arrangements, housekeeping, pest control, and security services
- Maintain stationery & office supplies inventory – track stock levels, place timely orders, and control costs through approved vendor lists
- Manage courier and mail services – receive, dispatch, and track incoming/outgoing parcels and official correspondence.
- Ensure statutory compliance support – maintain registers and documentation related to labor laws, fire safety, and local municipal requirements (in coordination with legal/HR).
- Maintain emergency protocols – keep first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency contact lists updated; coordinate safety drills if required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
