Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers from provided databases
- Explain products or services clearly and answer customer queries
- Generate leads and fix appointments for sales teams (if required)
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain records of calls, feedback, and customer details
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
