Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
- Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) and deliver effective presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Prepare quotations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Stay updated on market trends and customer needs
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Experience in handling clients or closing deals will be an added advantage
- Candidates with higher experience may handle key accounts independently
