We are looking for an Operations Team Leader with experience in an e-commerce company to manage our day-to-day fulfillment and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a team and ensuring that products are properly picked, packed, checked, documented, and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily packing, packaging, and dispatch operations.
- Manage and coordinate the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure correct product quantity, packing, labeling, and carton allocation before dispatch.
- Monitor orders from order processing to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with inventory and e-commerce teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain dispatch records, shipment details, and operational reports.
- Ensure parcels and cartons are properly packed and ready for courier pickup.
- Track pending, delayed, or incorrect shipments and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accuracy and minimize packing, product, and dispatch errors.
- Ensure the team follows company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Train and guide team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
- Prior experience as an Operations Team Leader / Warehouse Team Leader / E-commerce Operations Executive is preferred.
- Good knowledge of packing, dispatch, inventory coordination, shipment processing, and order fulfillment.
- Experience managing and coordinating a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
