- Supervise and coordinate daily shop-floor fabrication activities for equipment manufacturing.
- Monitor fabrication of:
- Heat Exchangers
- Storage Tanks
- Columns
- Pressure Vessels
- Structural and Process Equipment
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, WPS, QAP, and fabrication procedures.
- Conduct and coordinate stage inspections during fabrication and assembly processes.
- Verify raw material identification, traceability, handling, and storage practices.
- Monitor welding activities and ensure welding quality as per applicable standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, Stores, and Production teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper material handling using cranes, lifting tools, and safe shop practices.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and fabrication status updates.
- Identify fabrication issues and support corrective actions to minimize rework.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality requirements within the shop.
