The Role
We are looking for a high-calibre Project Controller — a multi-project, senior leadership appointment equivalent to a Project Director. You will be the single point of accountability for all project decisions across our EPC portfolio (execution, planning, procurement, payments, and client management), reporting directly to the Director.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery across all assigned EPC projects — from mobilisation through handover and DLP
- Be the single approval authority for all procurement, vendor selections, payment authorisations, and design clarifications at project level
- Own the master programme (Primavera P6 / MSP) — baseline, update weekly, drive recovery plans when schedule slips
- Chair all client review meetings — present progress, commit to action plans, manage expectations proactively
- Direct the full site team (Site PM, engineers, QC, Safety Officer, supervisors) — set priorities, enforce accountability
- Ensure QC hold points are never bypassed and safety stop-work orders are fully backed — quality and safety are non-negotiable
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering — mandatory
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification — mandatory
- NICMAR PGDCM or equivalent post-graduate construction management qualification — strongly preferred
- 15+ years in EPC civil construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role
- Must have independently led at least one project of Rs. 25 Cr or above as the primary decision-maker on site
- Industrial or commercial construction background preferred; residential-only experience not suited for this role
Software Skills — Must Have
Primavera P6 / MSP (advanced) · AutoCAD / Civil 3D · STAAD.Pro · Revit / Navisworks / BIM 360 · MS Excel (advanced)
