Job Summary
Brevity Visa Consultants is looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor cum Telecaller to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in visa counselling, and can confidently convert leads into clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations for Study, Tourist, Visitor, and Work Visa options for (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong long-term client relationships
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the application process.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa Counsellor or Immigration Counsellor.
- Excellent English, Hindi, and Punjabi communication skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
