1. Generate new leads through calls, networking & referrals
2. Connect with clients, understand their property requirements
3. Conduct site visits, explain project details & benefits
4. Handle end-to-end sales – from first contact to deal closure
5. Maintain & update lead data in CRM / Excel reports
6. Follow up regularly with potential buyers and ensure conversions
7. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns & inquiries
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Willingness to travel for site visits & meetings
Proven sales ability with a target-driven mindset
Proficiency in Excel / CRM / Google Sheets
Real estate industry experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
