- Drive restaurant sales and profitability in line with business targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance metrics.

- Ensure optimum productivity and efficient resource utilization.
Operations Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all operational SOPs and brand standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure smooth execution during peak business hours.
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions.
Guest Experience Management
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor guest feedback from all channels and drive improvement initiatives.
- Build a customer-centric culture across the restaurant team.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant employees.
- Create a high-performance culture through regular feedback and performance management.
- Conduct daily briefings and periodic performance reviews.
- Ensure manpower planning and roster management as per business requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability.
- Monitor food cost, stock variance, and wastage levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate ordering and procurement processes.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses.
Food Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and company food safety standards.
- Maintain restaurant hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Local Store Marketing
- Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales.
- Build relationships with local communities and corporate partners.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and repeat business.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain operational reports and business dashboards.
- Track key performance indicators and share timely updates with management.
- Ensure proper cash management and financial controls.
- Maintain accurate employee and operational records.
