To professionally handle all daily inquiries coming from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & WhatsApp, understand customer requirements, suggest suitable fabrics, follow up regularly, and support the sales team with conversions.
This person is responsible for fast reply + correct guidance + proper follow-up + smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Instant Response
- Respond to all social media inquiries within 30 seconds.
- Handle leads coming from Instagram DMs, comments, reels, YouTube comments, WhatsApp API, and Facebook inbox.
- Ask for requirement details:
- Fabric Name
- Quantity
- Purpose (Saree, Kurti, Kidswear, E-commerce, Wholesale, Printing Services)
- Width (44/58)
- Send brochures, catalog links, and fabric details immediately.
Requirement Understanding
- Understand the customer’s need clearly.
- Suggest the best suitable fabrics based on:
- Category
- GSM
- Texture
- Budget
- Help customers choose between RFD fabric / Digital Printing Services / Cut-piece fabrics / Ready Sarees.
- Guide customers to the right options confidently.
Follow-Up Management
- Maintain all leads in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Take regular follow-ups on all hot, warm, and cold leads.
- Convert “rate-seen, no-reply” customers into conversation using smart questions:
- “May I know your expected rate?”
- “If you buy regularly, we can match your pricing.”
- Ensure zero missed leads every day.
Sales Conversion Support
- Convert warm inquiries into active orders.
- Transfer high-potential leads to the senior sales team.
- Explain: MOQ, delivery time, printing process, fabric options, payment terms.
- Promote swatchbook orders or samples if needed.
- Upsell more meters by highlighting benefits.
Coordination With Internal Teams
- Send correct requirements to:
- Design team (for custom design)
- Digital print production team
- Sales team
- Ensure no communication mistakes between customer and internal department.
Daily Reporting
- Submit daily reports including:
- Total leads received
- Lead status updates
- Follow-up count
- Converted customers
- Pending customers
- Customer issues or feedback
Skills & Competencies RequiredMust-Have Skills
- Strong communication in English + Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage)
- Fast typing & quick response ability
- Good understanding of customer psychology
- Basic knowledge of fabrics (training will be provided)
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
Additional Useful Skills
- Experience in textile, fashion, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business API, and Google Sheets
- Ability to handle high-volume messages
Performance KPIs
Performance will be tracked based on:
- Response time
- Number of follow-ups
- Lead conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction
- Accuracy in requirement notes
- Coordination quality
- Zero missed leads
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
