WORK PROFILE – RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements related to loans, insurance, and other financial products and provide appropriate assistance.
- Explain product features, eligibility, charges, terms, and conditions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the service process.
- Collect and verify required documents and complete file login as per company and partner requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and other partners for processing customer applications.
- Track pending cases regularly and ensure timely resolution for smooth further processing.
- Follow up with customers and concerned departments for approval, sanction, and disbursement of loan cases.
- Assist customers in understanding sanction terms, repayment obligations, insurance coverage, and other important details.
- Ensure proper communication and transparency at every stage of the process.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction for long-term relationships.
- Promote suitable loan, insurance, and other financial products based on customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain records and update customer status in the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Build trust and strengthen customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
