About the Role
Whitelane Holdings Limited is looking for a creative and technically capable Interior Designer to join our Bangalore Office. The candidate should have strong design sensibilities along with practical knowledge of materials, detailing, furniture, lighting and execution, working across hospitality, entertainment, commercial, F&B and selected residential projects in India and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts based on project briefs and brand requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, concept presentations and spatial narratives.
- Develop furniture layouts, flooring plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and interior details.
- Coordinate 3D visualization and ensure renders accurately represent the design intent.
- Develop detailed interior working drawings and construction packages.
- Prepare details for custom furniture, counters, bars, wall panelling, ceilings, flooring and bespoke elements.
- Research and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, lighting designers and specialist consultants.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, furniture manufacturers and suppliers.
- Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups and material submissions.
- Attend site meetings, resolve execution issues and protect the approved design intent.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong conceptual and spatial design capabilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent presentation software.
- Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray or similar rendering software is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction techniques.
- Good understanding of joinery and custom furniture detailing.
- Ability to coordinate interior design with MEP services.
- Good communication, presentation and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle assigned areas/projects from concept to execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
