Position: Collection Executive
Location: Purnea, Bihar
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle collection of overdue cases
- Visit customers for payment follow-ups
- Negotiate and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
- Maintain daily collection reports and updates
- Coordinate with branch team for case resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies during collections
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in collections / recovery (preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and do field work
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Salary:
- ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience)
