Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for home loan business through field visits, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
Source and acquire new customers for home loan products.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, builders, and channel partners.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan sales.
Graduate in any discipline.
