Nexx Grow Learn LLP is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to coordinate marketing activities, manage external vendor relationships, and ensure marketing efforts effectively support business growth and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals who enjoys managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between Grow Learn and external marketing partners, including:
- Performance Marketing Agency
- Creative Agency
- Strategy & Planning Partner
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across all marketing activities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, or execution gaps.
- Coordinate daily and weekly meetings with marketing partners.
- Facilitate discussions between the sales team and marketing vendors to ensure alignment.
- Monitor lead quality and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure marketing campaigns and activities effectively support sales objectives.
- Review marketing content before publication and coordinate approvals.
- Interpret marketing strategies and translate them into actionable tasks for external partners.
- Maintain clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, or Marketing Operations.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics including CPL, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
- Comfortable conducting meetings and coordinating with external agencies.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.

- Agency or in-house digital marketing experience.
