Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to join our real estate team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits and maintaining strong follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location, and buying timeline.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions.
- Update and manage client information in CRM systems.
- Ensure a high lead-to-meeting conversion ratio.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate or sales
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
