Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Student Counsellor to guide and support students in their academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admissions
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads)
- Explain course details, fees structure, and benefits
- Follow up with prospective students for admissions
- Maintain student records and update CRM/software
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve admission targets and conversion goals
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle multiple students and inquiries
- Sales or counselling experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
