About the Role
As a Translation Specialist, you will translate written, audio, and video content from English into multiple languages while preserving meaning, tone, and cultural nuance. You’ll work hands‑on with modern translation and media tools, collaborate with global teams, and ensure that every localized learning module feels seamless, accurate, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Translation & Localization
- Translate raw English content—text, audio, and video—into multiple target languages with precision and cultural sensitivity.
- Ensure the translated audio and text integrate smoothly back into eLearning modules.
✔ Quality Assurance
- Proofread, edit, and refine translated content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and style consistency.
- Review final outputs to ensure high‑quality learner experiences across languages.
Tools & Technology
- Use translation and media tools such as MS Copilot, HeyGen, and Clipchamp to produce polished multilingual assets.
- Work within authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 to support content integration.
Research & Consistency
- Research industry‑specific terminology and maintain glossaries and terminology databases.
- Uphold linguistic consistency across modules and languages.
Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and global teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Qualifications
Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally within the eLearning or L&D domain.
- Proven experience creating or supporting eLearning content.
Technical Skills
- Hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
- Familiarity with AI‑powered translation and media tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools.
