We are looking for a creative, passionate, and tech-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help build our brand presence and create engaging content across digital platforms.
## Key Responsibilities :
* Create high-quality photo, video, reel, and story content showcasing our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery collections.
* Manage and grow Stella Fine Jewellery's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Write engaging captions, content, and campaign copy aligned with our brand voice.
* Plan and execute content calendars, product launches, promotional campaigns, and festive marketing activities.
* Capture behind-the-scenes content, jewellery styling videos, customer testimonials, and trend-based content.
* Utilize AI tools for content creation, image generation, video generation, content ideation, and workflow optimization.
* Create AI-assisted visual content while maintaining premium brand aesthetics and quality standards.
* Track social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
* Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and help build an active online community.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, content formats, and luxury jewellery industry developments.
## Requirements :
* Experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and editing tools.
* Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms for content, image, and video generation.
* Ability to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging visual content.
* Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
* Strong creative mindset, attention to detail, and understanding of premium brand positioning.
* Freshers with a strong portfolio and demonstrated content creation skills are welcome to apply.
## Preferred Skills :
* Experience working with jewellery, fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
* Photography and videography skills.
* Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
* Experience with influencer collaborations and paid social media campaigns.
* Familiarity with emerging AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
