Set up the required Infra: The Branch Business Manager has the responsibility to set up the required infra
in his location for enabling Secured Business Loan(SBL) business. This would include hiring a Team of
Territory Business Managers, establishing a network of channel partners and identifying and empanelling
all the vendors(Legal, Technical, RCU) required for carrying on the business in accordance with the
guidelines and policies of the company.
Business Sourcing: Be involved in sourcing new business either through direct channels (e.g., branch-
based activities and TBM Referrals) or through the DSA network. Ensure that the target set by the
company with respect to Login, Disbursement, IRR, Fee Income are met by the branch
Channel Development and Management: Establish and expand an elaborate network of Direct Selling
Agents (DSAs) and Connectors. Regularly engage with, train, and motivate the DSAs and Connectors to
ensure optimum productivity. Monitor the performance of these channels and devise strategies to
enhance their contributions to business generation.
Communication with Other Functions: Maintain effective communication with other functions,
including the Central Processing Agency (CPA)/QC, Operations, Credit, and Collections departments,
both at the branch and Head Office.
