Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the territory sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Provide guidance, field support, and performance coaching to Sales Officers (SOs).
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Monitor credit limits and coordinate with finance to manage receivables effectively.
- Report competition activity, pricing issues, product complaints, supply gaps).
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, field activity reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint fieldwork with Sales Officers.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the territory.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Food products
- Prior experience in handling a territory independently
- Strong leadership, team management, Distributors management
