Job Title: PMC Civil Site Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PMC Civil Site Engineer to oversee civil construction activities for a pharma API manufacturing plant project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience in industrial or pharmaceutical plant construction.
- Experience working with PMC, EPC contractors, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of civil construction practices, QA/QC procedures, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and report progress regularly.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project specifications.
- Verify measurements, review contractor bills, and monitor material usage.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements and site safety procedures.
- Attend project review meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and construction resources for efficient execution.
- Support project documentation, inspections, and handover activities.
