We are seeking an experienced MS SQL DBA to manage, maintain, optimize, and secure Microsoft SQL Server databases in production and non-production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, HA/DR solutions, and database security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Monitor database performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Perform database backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations.
- Implement and support High Availability solutions such as Always On Availability Groups, Log Shipping, Replication, and Clustering.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, blocking, deadlocks, and query issues.
- Manage database security, users, roles, and permissions.
- Create and maintain maintenance plans, SQL Agent jobs, and monitoring alerts.
- Perform index maintenance, statistics updates, and database health checks.
- Support production deployments, patching, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for database optimization.
- Ensure database compliance, auditing, and security best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and SOPs.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
