Job Description
We are looking for motivated and experienced Civil Engineers to join our team for ongoing projects in Gurugram. Candidates with 2 years to 15+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
* Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
* Monitor project progress and prepare daily/site progress reports.
* Ensure proper material management and quality control.
* Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
* Resolve technical and site-related issues.
* Support planning, billing, estimation, and project execution activities.
Eligibility Criteria
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: 2 to 15+ years in civil construction/site execution.
* Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction practices.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work at project sites in Gurugram.
