Role Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide and support students in achieving their academic and career goals. The role involves providing counseling, assisting in course selection, guiding students through admissions/enrollment processes, and ensuring they make informed educational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, and career options
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic pathways
- Conduct orientation sessions, counseling calls, and face-to-face meetings
- Maintain follow-ups with students through calls, emails, and messages
- Assist in the admissions process and documentation
- Maintain accurate student records and databases
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Masters Degree
- Min 1 year of experience in sales
