Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD module including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Pricing.
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Work on master data setup such as Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, and Output determination.
- Handle SD integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
- Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 6 years of SAP SD functional experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of pricing procedures, billing, credit management, and shipping.
- Knowledge of SD integration with FI, MM, and CO.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
