Mission of Role
Executive – Supply Chain Finance would support reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control activities for the Supply Chain Finance function. This position would also be responsible to manage state level nuances of logistic cost & will be supporting on business functions for strategic workstreams of manufacturing footprints expansion, long terms COGS projections, Cost to Serve (CTS), inventory budgeting, E&O and overall strategic priorities for India Supply Chain function.
Role Responsibilities
Support meaningful business analysis to enable Supply Chain function to take support on manufacturing footprints expansion / network optimization
Support on handling of financial models on long term COGS projections to support India long term growth strategy
Support in preparing yearly budget / Strat planning of COGS
Automate & standardize all the manual processes related to reporting / MIS for each plant location using advanced analytics tools to enable an effective controlling & reporting system
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis activities for Cost to Serve to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis activities for Inventory to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and inventory optimization initiatives
Track savings initiatives and support preparation of reports related to Enterprise productivity and cost efficiency
Support quarterly calculation, tracking, and reporting of Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory provisions
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of recurring Supply Chain Finance reports and trackers
Provide analytical and reporting support for ongoing strategic and operational Supply Chain Finance initiatives
Support plant finance teams on 3-year master plans for manufacturing
Major Interfaces:
Procurement Manager, SC Planning Team, S&OP, SC & SCF teams across plant locations, Commercial Finance Team, BU FP&A team
Qualifications
Experience and Academic base
CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A / Supply Chain Finance / Commercial Finance environment
Experience working in spirits / FMCG industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
Working knowledge of Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Query is desirable
