We’re Hiring | Marketing Executive (Real Estate)
Experience: 1–4 Years (Real Estate Industry Preferred)
CTC: Attractive hike on current CTC
Location: Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and channel partners for marketing activities
- Generate and nurture leads through online and offline marketing initiatives
- Organize property exhibitions, site visits, events, and promotional campaigns
- Create marketing content, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights
- Support the sales team with lead generation and brand-building activities
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing concepts
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing analytics is preferred
- Creative mindset with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets
