Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support medical teams. The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols
- Monitor patient condition and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Assist doctors during procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the ward
- Educate patients and attenders about treatment and care plans
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration (TN Nursing Council preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work in shifts
