About the Role
The Store Operations Manager will take complete ownership of assigned store operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Yatrikart stores.
* Ensure SOPs, hygiene, housekeeping, and store standards are maintained.
* Drive sales targets and store profitability.
* Monitor inventory, replenishment, stock-outs, expiry, damages, and variances.
* Manage team attendance, shifts, productivity, and performance.
* Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and vendors for timely supplies.
* Conduct regular store visits, audits, and compliance checks.
* Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer experience.
* Track sales, inventory, margins, manpower productivity, and profitability.
* Identify operational gaps and implement quick corrective actions.
Candidate Profile
* 3–7 years of experience in FMCG, Convenience Retail, QSR, Supermarket, or Multi-Store Operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Target-oriented, data-driven, and highly accountable.
* Willingness to travel regularly across assigned stores.
* Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
