Job Description:
You will be responsible for connecting learners with career opportunities, industry partners, and professional development programs. You will manage placement drives, mentor students in career readiness, and build strong relationships with recruiters to ensure successful employment outcomes. Your role is crucial in enhancing student employability and strengthening the organization's brand in the education technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and online placements
- Plan, coordinate, and execute placement drives, webinars, and virtual recruitment events
- Guide learners in resume building, interview preparation and career planning
- Track learner progress and placement outcomes, providing regular reports to management
- Conduct pre-placement training sessions, mock interviews and skill enhancement workshops
- Stay updated on industry hiring trend, EdTech market developments and in demand skills
- Assist in generating reports on placement performance, employer feedback and learner employability metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in BBA or relevant background
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Person with IELTS trainer certificate is an advantage
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, corporate hiring trends, and student career development
- Ability to plan, organize and execute placement related events effectively
- Candidate with relevant work experience will be an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
