Job Title: Order & Dispatch Operations Executive
Job Overview
The Order & Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete order coordination process after a product is purchased through Shopify. The role involves coordinating with the dispatch and tracking teams, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to the end customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process customer orders received through Shopify.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely order processing and shipment.
- Coordinate with the tracking/logistics team to monitor shipment status.
- Track orders from dispatch until final delivery to the customer.
- Follow up on delayed, pending, or undelivered shipments and coordinate for resolution.
- Communicate order and delivery updates to customers through email and messaging platforms.
- Draft professional emails for order confirmations, delivery updates, delays, and other customer communication.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, tracking details, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to draft professional emails.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Shopify and Interakt experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Prior experience in order management, e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or customer support will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
