Advantal Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Java/J2EE Developer to join our dynamic
development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java and J2EE
technologies, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient enterprise

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications and software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding
standards.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement
gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and
QA engineers, to build robust applications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code to enhance application performance.
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability best practices are followed in all aspects
of development.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and implement data storage solutions.
- Develop and maintain J2EE components such as Servlets, JSP, and Enterprise Java
applications.
- Integrate and maintain SIP trunking and VoIP functionalities within applications.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously
improve development processes.
- Provide support for production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and
resolution.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Java/J2EE development (minimum 3–4 years of professional
experience).
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+, including features like Streams, Lambda expressions,
and other core Java APIs.
- Solid understanding of J2EE architecture, including Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and
application servers.
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and development principles.
- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) and other Java-
based frameworks.
