Job Summary
2050 Healthcare is looking for a proactive and experienced Nursing Coordinator to join our Homecare team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and coordination of Nurses and GDA (General Duty Assistant) staff to ensure seamless delivery of home healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified Nurses and GDA staff for homecare services.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate staffing requirements and ensure timely deployment of caregivers and nurses.
- Conduct interviews, document verification, and onboarding formalities.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and replacements as required.
- Build relationships with nursing institutes, training centers, and healthcare networks for talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare service standards.
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth workforce management.
- Maintain recruitment and staffing records and prepare periodic reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Homecare, Healthcare Staffing, Nursing Coordination, or Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring and managing Nurses and GDA staff is mandatory.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Graduate in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or any relevant discipline preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
