Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s "North Star" strategy. Align the board, investors, and internal teams around a shared vision.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure the executive team is hitting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the P&L, drive revenue growth, and oversee capital allocation, including future fundraising rounds or M&A activity.
- Culture & Talent: Act as the Chief Culture Officer. Attract, retain, and develop top-tier executive talent while building an inclusive, high-performance environment.
- External Relations: Serve as the primary face of the company to shareholders, partners, the media, and the public.
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: At least 10+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably having scaled a company from [Current Stage] to [Target Stage].
- Strategic Agility: The ability to see around corners and pivot the organization in response to market shifts.
- Exceptional Communication: You can distill complex ideas into a compelling narrative for any audience.
