Gudluck Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive company revenue by visiting prospective and existing customers within assigned territories. The role involves demonstrating products, negotiating and closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, meeting high-pressure targets, and traveling extensively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to represent the company and demonstrate products, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Actively prospect for new leads and nurture them while building long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty.
- Meet clients to achieve productivity targets and manage weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and manage assigned sales territories effectively, schedule site visits, and execute sales strategies within the designated geographic area.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and submitted data, and report to management regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a relevant field is preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build productive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently without supervision and manage time efficiently to meet company targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently and possess driving ability; may be required to transport product samples when necessary.
