Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, CCTV surveillance systems, computer hardware, software applications, and network operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all IT-related systems and provide technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, system access, and security permissions.
- Install, update, and support business software and applications used by the organization.
- Ensure regular backup of critical business data and maintain data security.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance and service requirements.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and inventory.
- Configure and manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Ensure antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity measures are up to date.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
