We are seeking an experienced Python & Ansible Automation Engineer with strong expertise in infrastructure and network automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python development, Ansible automation, network operations, and infrastructure management. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions to streamline network provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, and operational workflows across enterprise environments.

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python for network and infrastructure operations.

Develop reusable Python modules, scripts, APIs, and automation frameworks.

Create and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation workflows.

Automate network configuration deployment, validation, compliance checks, and remediation activities.

Integrate automation solutions with network devices, infrastructure platforms, and enterprise tools.

Work closely with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

Develop integrations with REST APIs, SSH-based systems, and third-party network management platforms.

Implement logging, exception handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities within automation solutions.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and production support.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and engineering standards.

Provide L3 support for automation-related incidents and production issues.

Strong hands-on experience in Python development and scripting.

Expertise in Ansible including Playbooks, Roles, Inventories, Templates, and Automation Workflows.

Experience in network automation and infrastructure automation.

Knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.

Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control practices.

Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.

Experience working with REST APIs and automation integrations.

Experience with network device automation for Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Netmiko, Nornir, NAPALM, Paramiko, or PyATS.

Exposure to AWS Cloud Networking and Infrastructure Automation.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated enterprise environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
