Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team at The Dhan Mill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing creative and functional architectural solutions while ensuring alignment with our brand’s aesthetic and operational requirements. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to contribute to the unique environment at The Dhan Mill.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Planning:
- Create architectural designs and layouts for retail, commercial, and creative spaces.
- Develop concept designs, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Incorporate sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics into design concepts.
2. Project Management:
- Oversee all phases of project development, from initial design to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction challenges.
3. Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
- Present design proposals and provide solutions to meet client expectations.
4. Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure all designs and projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including vendors and project managers, to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
