About the Role
We're looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our growing healthcare team. If you enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing patients.
- Welcome patients and ensure a professional front office experience.
- Coordinate with doctors and the team for smooth daily operations.
- Prepare bills, receive payments, and maintain basic records.
- Maintain accurate patient data and daily reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, front office, reception, CRM, or patient coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, billing, and accounting.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Professional, positive, and customer-friendly attitude.
