Snehmitra Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adolescent girls through awareness and capacity-building programmes. It conducts training on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM), Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH), Gender Sensitization, Cyber Safety, Nutrition, and Life Skills, enabling girls to adopt healthy practices, make informed decisions, and lead safe, healthy, and confident lives.
- Prepare training calendar and implementation plan.
- Mobilize and register beneficiaries.
- Conduct MHM & SRH sessions as per approved curriculum.
- Manage attendance and participation.
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments.
- Deliver sessions on MHM, SRH, nutrition, communicable disease prevention, gender sensitization, and life skills.
- Distribute hygiene kits and IEC materials (where applicable).
- Develop case studies and beneficiary testimonials.
- Monitor training quality and collect participant feedback.
- Track behaviour change and learning outcomes.
- Prepare reports.
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
