HR Assistant
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Company: Maharshi Udyog
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance, payroll, salary & wages coordination
- Recruitment, interview scheduling & onboarding
- Employee records and HR documentation management
- PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity & other statutory compliances
- Liaison with government authorities and compliance filings
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Employee grievance handling and disciplinary support
- Training coordination and general HR administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year HR/Admin experience
- Knowledge of payroll, labor laws, PF & ESIC
- Good communication and MS Office skills
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
