Hotel Country Inn Jalandhar is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for the best prices and quality.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with department heads for purchase requirements.
- Generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain vendor records, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor stock movement and assist in inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel purchasing/procurement.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Jalandhar will be given preference.
