About the Role
Are you passionate about scaling mobile games and turning data into growth?
We're looking for a Growth / User Acquisition (UA) Manager to help bring Mood Boost's mobile games to millions of players worldwide. You'll own user acquisition strategy, optimize marketing performance, collaborate with creative teams, and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

What You'll Do
User Acquisition
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, and AppLovin
- Manage UA budgets and continuously improve campaign efficiency
- Optimize key metrics including CPI, ROAS, and LTV
- Identify and scale high-performing campaigns globally
Creative Strategy
- Partner with artists and creative teams to develop engaging video and playable ads
- Run creative experiments and A/B tests
- Identify winning creatives and scale successful concepts
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as:
CPI
ROAS
LTV
Retention
Funnel conversion
Analyze cohorts and player behavior
Make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance
Growth & Store Optimization
- Develop organic and viral growth initiatives
- Optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) for both the App Store and Google Play
- Continuously explore new acquisition channels and growth opportunities

What We're Looking For
Required
2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Unity Ads
AppLovin
Strong analytical mindset with excellent budget optimization skills
Comfortable making decisions based on performance data
Fluent English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing mobile games
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or other Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO)
