We are looking for a creative and organized Wedding Production Manager to plan and manage wedding events smoothly from start to finish. The candidate should coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators, photographers, caterers, and the event team to ensure successful event execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage wedding events and related functions
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members
- Supervise stage setup, lighting, sound, decoration, and venue arrangements
- Manage event timelines and ensure all activities happen on schedule
- Handle guest management and solve issues during events
- Monitor event budget and expenses
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Lead and guide the production team during events
Requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of event production, sound, lighting, and décor
- Experience in event or wedding management is preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Freshers with strong coordination skills can also apply
