Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Counselor to manage end-to-end recruitment activities while guiding candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, counseling, and recruitment skills to attract and place suitable candidates within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate counseling.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Guide candidates regarding job opportunities and the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Follow up with shortlisted and selected candidates.
- Achieve hiring targets within specified timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Candidate Counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong screening and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Good organizational and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
