- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and configuration within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
- Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software development practices and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
