Aasraa has been working with vulnerable children in Uttarakhand since 2009, focusing on education, skills development, and holistic child development.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead, monitor, and strengthen education and child development programs. The role involves program planning and implementation, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, monitoring & evaluation, and ensuring quality program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor assigned education projects and ensure effective implementation.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Project Leaders, teachers, and field staff.
- Conduct centre visits, classroom observations, audits, and performance reviews.
- Monitor student enrolment, attendance, retention, assessments, and mainstreaming.
- Coordinate with government schools, Headmasters, BEOs, local authorities, and communities.
- Support donor reporting, documentation, budgeting, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Medical, Outreach, and other internal teams.
- Plan and execute events, trainings, donor visits, and new program initiatives.
- Handle sensitive child protection cases and ensure appropriate documentation.
Education: Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline. B.Ed./M.Ed. is an added advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in education or child development program management, including team supervision, program monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
