Job Summary
The Bellboy is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing courteous and efficient service to ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
- Handle guest luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements such as taxis and local travel information.
- Deliver messages, parcels, amenities, and guest requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Assist guests with directions and information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of guest luggage and belongings.
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
